GEK TERNA S.A. has announced the acquisition of 10,000 of its own shares on October 22, 2024. This action aligns with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, as well as article 49 of Law 4548/2018. The decision to proceed with this purchase was made during an Extraordinary General Assembly of Shareholders on February 13, 2024.

The shares were acquired at an average price of 17.4431 euros each, amounting to a total transaction value of 174,431.18 euros. As a result of this transaction, GEK TERNA S.A. now holds a total of 3,069,281 treasury shares. This represents approximately 2.9677% of the company's total issued shares.
