This move aligns with a resolution passed at the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting held on April 23, 2024. The shares were purchased at an average price of 11.09 euros each, amounting to a total expenditure of 22,180 euros.

With this transaction, GR. Sarantis S.A. now possesses a total of 2,701,206 own shares. This figure represents approximately 4.04% of the company's total outstanding shares.

The company stated that this announcement complies with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and is in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council as well as the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
