Following this acquisition, GR. Sarantis S.A. now holds a total of 2,699,206 own shares. This represents approximately 4.04% of the company's total outstanding shares.

The company stated that this announcement is in compliance with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council along with the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
