KRIKRI Milk Industry S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of 2,516 of its own shares through the Athens Exchange on October 15, 2024. The purchase was made at an average price of €12.9997 per share, amounting to a total expenditure of €32,707.20.

The transaction was executed by NBG Securities S.A., which is a member of the Athens Exchange. Following this acquisition, KRIKRI SA now holds a total of 64,927 shares in itself, representing approximately 0.196% of its total issued shares.
