GR. Sarantis S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of 6,669 of its own shares. This transaction was carried out on October 15, 2024, following a resolution from the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting held on April 23, 2024. The average price per share was recorded at 10.86 euros, amounting to a total expenditure of 72,442.88 euros.

As a result of this purchase, GR. Sarantis S.A. now holds a total of 2,692,031 own shares. These shares represent approximately 4.03% of the company's total outstanding shares.

The announcement aligns with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and complies with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 from the European Parliament and Council as well as the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
