Thrace Plastics Co S.A. has announced the acquisition of 1,550 of its own shares. This transaction was executed on October 14, 2024, through BETA Securities S.A., a member of the Athens Stock Exchange. The shares were purchased at an average price of €3.62 each, totaling €5,608.75.

This move follows the decision made during the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 24, 2023. Currently, Thrace Plastics holds a total of 856,455 own shares, which represents 2% of the company's total outstanding shares.

The purchase is in line with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and complies with Regulation EU No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
