Thrace Plastics Co S.A. has announced the acquisition of 1,100 of its own shares on October 11, 2024. The transaction was conducted through BETA Securities S.A., a member of the Athens Stock Exchange. The average purchase price was Euro 3.59 per share, amounting to a total value of Euro 3,950.39.

This move follows the decision made by the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 24, 2023. As a result of this transaction, Thrace Plastics now holds a total of 854,905 own shares, which represents 1.9% of the company's total outstanding shares.

The purchase aligns with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and is in accordance with Regulation EU No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
