The company reported purchasing 4,934 shares on October 11, 2024. Each share was acquired at an average price of 10.79 euros, totaling a transaction value of 53,258.76 euros.

The purchase brings the total number of own shares held by GR. Sarantis S.A. to 2,676,262, which constitutes 4% of the company's total outstanding shares.
