KRIKRI Milk Industry S.A. has announced the acquisition of 2,830 of its own shares through the Athens Exchange. The purchase was made on October 10, 2024, at an average price of €12.97 per share, amounting to a total value of €36,750.00.

The transaction was carried out by NBG Securities S.A., a member of the Athens Exchange. Following this acquisition, KRIKRI SA now holds a total of 62,411 own shares, representing 0.189% of its total issued shares.

This action follows the resolution passed at the company's Shareholders' Meeting on July 2, 2024. The announcement complies with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
