GR. SARANTIS S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of its own shares, as per the resolution made during the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On October 9, 2024, the company purchased 2,329 shares at an average price of 10.85 euros each, totaling a value of 25,264.60 euros.

After this transaction, GR. SARANTIS S.A. now holds a total of 2,663,951 shares in its possession. This amount represents approximately 3.98% of the company's total outstanding shares.

The announcement was made in compliance with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and follows Regulation (EU) 596/2014 from the European Parliament and Council along with the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
