Thrace Plastics Co S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of 1,000 of its own shares. This transaction was executed on October 8, 2024, through BETA Securities S.A., a member of the Athens Stock Exchange. The average purchase price per share was €3.69, amounting to a total value of €3,691.50.

This move aligns with the decision made at the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 24, 2023. Following this purchase, Thrace Plastics Co S.A. now holds a total of 850,455 own shares, which represent 1.9% of the company's total outstanding shares.

The company adheres to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and complies with Regulation EU No 596/2014 as well as Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 in conducting this share buyback.
