After this transaction, GR. Sarantis S.A. now holds a total of 2,661,622 own shares. This represents approximately 3.98% of the company's total outstanding shares.

The announcement complies with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and relevant EU regulations including Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
