Thrace Plastics Co S.A. has announced the acquisition of 1,250 of its own shares. This transaction was conducted on October 3, 2024, through the Athens Stock Exchange Member BETA Securities S.A., with an average price per share of Euro 3.71 and a total value of Euro 4,639.31.

The purchase is in line with Article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and Regulation EU No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council from April 16, 2014, as well as the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 dated March 8, 2016. This decision was executed following the resolution made at the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 24, 2023.

Currently, Thrace Plastics Co S.A. holds a total of 849,455 own shares. These shares represent approximately 1.9% of the company's total outstanding shares.
