GR. Sarantis S.A. has announced the acquisition of 11,180 of its own shares. This action is in line with a resolution passed during the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. The shares were purchased on October 3, 2024, at an average price of 10.83 euros each, totaling a value of 121,043.62 euros.

With this latest transaction, the company now holds a total of 2,635,691 own shares. These shares represent 3.94% of the company's total outstanding shares.

The announcement was made in compliance with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and relevant European Union regulations including Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
