Quest Holdings S.A. has announced the acquisition of its own shares, following regulations and decisions made earlier this year. On October 2, 2024, the company purchased 3,000 shares at an average price of 5.11 euros per share. The total value of this transaction was 15,327.44 euros.

This action was conducted through Eurobank Equities, a member of the Athens Stock Exchange (A.S.E.). This move aligns with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and complies with Regulation no.2273/2003 by the Commission of the European Communities.

The decision to proceed with this purchase was made during the Regular General Assembly of Shareholders on June 13, 2024, and subsequently by the Board of Directors on June 14, 2024.

As a result of this transaction, Quest Holdings S.A. now holds a total of 1,349,812 own shares. This represents approximately 1.2589% of its total outstanding shares.
