GR. Sarantis S.A. has announced the acquisition of its own shares, following a resolution from the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On October 1, 2024, the company purchased 14,650 shares at an average price of 10.87 euros per share, amounting to a total value of 159,183.72 euros.

As a result of this transaction, GR. Sarantis S.A. now holds a total of 2,610,811 own shares. This represents approximately 3.91% of the company's total outstanding shares.

The announcement was made in compliance with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and relevant European regulations including Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
