KRIKRI Milk Industry S.A. announced the sale of 1,000,000 shares, representing 3.03% of its total share capital, to institutional investors in Greece and abroad. The shares were sold at a price of €12.00 per share.

The placement was managed by Piraeus Securities using the accelerated book building process on Thursday, September 26, 2024, after the close of trading on the Athens Stock Exchange. According to the company, "the total number of offers exceeded the amount of the disposal by 50%."

The relevant transactions are scheduled to be executed on Friday, September 27, 2024.
