Customers of SMEs and companies:
- BT BT Visual Help application : call 0264 30 80 00; access the link received by SMS; enter the application, where you find in the menu including the option to defer rates; then we will contact you by phone, in about two days, depending on the number of requests we have in the analysis.

Facilities for individuals:
- You can postpone up to 3 installments on loans (loans with real estate guarantee, consumer loans, First House loans);
- Basically, postponing the credit period means extending the credit period by the number of months, without additional costs. The exception is the First House loan, in which case the deferral means the redistribution of the monthly rates deferred for the remaining credit period.
- For credit cards we extended the grace period until May 25th for both payment obligations and for purchases in installments. For example, for a transaction made in installments in February, the first installment was collected on February 29th and will be due between May 1-25, and the second installment will be due until June 25, etc. For the transactions carried out in installments in March and April, the first installment will be charged on May 31 and will be due on June 25.
- Although you have no obligation to pay on credit cards until May 25th, if you want to charge your card we recommend using BT Pay or BT24 Internet Banking & Mobile Banking. If you have set the option of automatic rolling in BT Pay, it will not be realized on March 25, but only on May 25. If you still want to run, we recommend the transfer between the cards.
Facilities for SMEs and companies:
- You can reduce the credit rates for the next 6 months by up to 100%;
- The documentation we need to justify the situation is minimal.
