In this connection, we run a customer satisfaction survey via SMS from the phone number 10800.
After visiting a UBB Banking Branch, you may receive an SMS message asking you to rate your service on a scale of 1 to 10 (where 1 is the lowest and the 10 highest the level of satisfaction).
The survey is entirely at the expense of the Bank and you will not be charged for the replies.
