United Bulgarian Bank issued the following announcement on April 3.

The Board of Directors of UBB Asset Management AD announces that from 04.04.2019 to 07.04.2019, including, temporarily suspends the issue and redemption of units of UBB Premium Shares, UBB Platinum Bonds , UBB Patrimonium Land Fund, UBB Global Farm Invest, UBB Platinum Euro Bond Fund, UBB Balanced Fund, UBB Global Dividend Fund, UBB Global Growth Fund and UBB Global Fund Children's Fund ".

The decision was taken on the grounds of Art. 22, para. 1, item 2 of the Law on the Activity of Collective Investment Schemes and other Collective Investment Undertakings for the purpose of performing the technical transfer of the Unitholders' Register of Units under the sub-account of United Bulgarian Bank AD to the Central Depository.

United Bulgarian Bank AD is a distributor of the funds of UBB UBB Asset Management AD, in accordance with a concluded Distribution Agreement dated 05.12.2018, with effect from that date the issue and redemption of units is effected through the branches of the Bank in order to increasing the efficiency and quality of service to investors.

The resumption of the issuance and redemption of units of the funds managed by UB "UBB Asset Management" will take place on 08.04.2019.,
