Vojvodjanska Banka will sponsor the Serbian Olympic team in the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, which will be the fifth consecutive games that the bank has sponsored, according to a release from the bank.

"After many years of successful cooperation, Vojvodjanska Banka and the Olympic Committee of Serbia can be proud to summarize the results – many achievements, medals and [the] great reputation of our national sport and athletes on the world stage. And today we stand at the same place, united in a common goal – [to] together create a new generation of winners, "said Vojvodjanska Banka Executive Board Chairman Marinos Vathis.

The bank recently signed its sponsorship agreement with the Olympic Committee, following previous sponsorships of the Serbian national team at the Athens, Beijing, London and Rio Olympics.

Through all these years I have the impression that the partnership grew into a friendship,” said President of the Serbian Olympic Committee Bozidar Maljkovic. “We grew and progressed together and I believe that in the new Olympic cycle, together we can do more and better…In Vojvodjanska Banka we have a socially responsible partner that shares our values, understands the needs of top-level sport, but also see top sport as a place for investment.”
