COELA group, which is part of the Council of the European Union, recently visited the Innovation Fund while in Serbia to promote economic growth and governance.

The group is made up of representatives of all member states of the EU.

COELA met with the Innovation Fund leadership to learn about its programs and about businesses benefiting from its grants. Members wanted to know how businesses are funded, whether funds are unconditional, grantees help one another and choices are sensitive to gender.
