Serbia's Bojanovic & Partners recently joined a new alliance of independent law firms across the Balkans.
The following firms belong to Adriala – Alliance of Balkan Legal Experts: Baros Law Office, Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina; Baros & Bicakcic Law Office, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina; Bojanovic & Partners Law Office, Belgrade, Serbia; Kavcic, Bracun & Partners, Ljubljana, Slovenia; Knezovic & Associates, Skopje, Republic of Macedonia; Madirazza & Partners, Zagreb, Croatia; Prelevic Law Firm, Podgorica, Montenegro; Spasov & Bratanov Lawyers’ Partnership, Sofia, Bulgaria; and Tashko Pustina, Attorneys at Law, Tirana, Albania.
Vladimir Bojanovic, managing partner of Bojanovic & Partners, said Adriala is one of only a few groups working in the former Yugoslavia as well as Albania and Bulgaria.
"This cooperation is established with the aim to be responsive and capable of handling international projects that have touch points in multiple markets," he said. "It is established only with the purpose to be reactive and responsive in handling this specific type of project, while ensuring the quality of legal assistance."
Bojanovic also said that the alliance is not intended to be a partnership or a legal entity; each law firm remains independent and advises only where authorized to do so.
